Not a bad choice to use as a Bluetooth controller, but the lack of a rechargeable battery could dampen it a bit.
Any one try the Luna controller with the Nintendo Switch?
I am interested because it has replaceable batteries. That’s better than the Stadia controller, which has non-removable batteries. Eventually those batteries are going to wear out, and then it’s a wired-only controller.
The description here says the Luna supports rechargeable AAs. Though it would be more convenient if they could charge in the device.
For what it’s worth, I’ve had the same AA batteries in our Luna controller for a really long time (months), and they’re just now getting low. Not a daily player like some might be, but a couple of hours per week, anyway. Nonetheless, impressive battery life in my opinion - compared to Switch controllers, for example.
I like mine a lot. As mentioned, the batteries last a really long time. I’ve only had to change them once in the year or so I’ve had it (but I’m not a daily gamer).
My only complaint is that I always have to hold Action+B on power on to use Bluetooth. There’s probably a way to fix this.
