I wonder if there’s any reason these couldn’t be used as puppy pads. Twice as many as the package I just bought for $2 more.

Do they add any attractant to the puppy pads?

These probably are very similar.

Not that I’m aware of. She knows to go on the pads. I’ll give it a go.

I use med pads all the time for my small dogs, they know to use the pads. I don’t think the attractant really matters once they are trained to know to use a pad.
