Cancelled my order 
They cancelled my orders until it was sold out!!
Don’t feel bad. All of these Chinese alphabet soup brands aren’t really the choice when it comes to health-related items. And because of the short-lived nature of their product lines, finding replacement consumables like filters becomes impossible in a few years.
Buy a Winix or something similar instead. Something that uses the same filter design/sizing for decades.

curious, where did you get the detailed seller information? Does woot or amazon provide that?
Sometimes you can get it from the item page if the item is sold by the company and not Amazon. This time it needed a deeper manual search.
