Pacific Islander here, just received my kit and it’s awesome. Can I roll sushi without it? Yes. But is it fun & easy to use? Absolutely. My younger kids learning to make sushi can now do it on their own using this handy dandy mold thingamajigger, which is cool.
Bonus points for the heart shaped mold.
