Who came here after buying it and realizing a “1/4” violin is really really tiny?
What is this? A violin for ants!
There are some children who are started on playing the violin under age 6. In fact Mozart performed at that age in Europe. A fair number are introduced by age ten.
But this Korean child, no correction, she was a baby when she started…may take the cake and the video shows her progress over a few years.
If not interested in seeing her progress from age two, just see what she could do at age 4 by fast foward to the 7 min mark.
She does shifting of octaves and vibrato better than I ever did.

Yeah I am sad/glad I missed this I need a full sized violin but I stayed for the video and so glad I did that baby is amazing I am not going to show my Sis she doesn’t need the drop in self esteem that I felt and I am not a violinest I guess with bad shoulders she is not either
Prodigies exist because they are rarer than hens teeth. Don’t be sad. That 4 year old makes two professional violinist go slack jaw. We can all share their amazement that there are tiny humans who can do this.
There is perhaps still hope.
