Mens 2PK Stretch Classic Chino Pants

Mens 2PK Stretch Classic Chino Pants

These pants are astonishingly bad.

First: the Woot description is a misrepresentation of the product. These aren’t chinos, really, and they aren’t remotely suitable for “Business Look” or even “Casual Look”. These are “Approved School Uniform” pants. (That’s the actual branding tag.) They’re ostensibly the kind of style-free, generic pants you’d suit your kid up in at their conformity-required school. The material is shiny, like dress slacks, not matte/knit like the pictures appear to be (and you’d expect from chinos).

Second: they’re terribly made. Imagine your Aunt Edna volunteered to sew your school pants so your parents wouldn’t have to pay retail. Edna goes to the fabric store and buys the cheapest clearance fabric and a decades-old paper pattern, and assembles your trousers with her 1945 Singer sewing machine and a pair of rusty scissors. But Edna’s eyesight is bad and her arthritis means she’s not a steady stitch. So you get an ugly pair of pants, with white threads sticking out all over the black/navy fabric, and the pockets are so poorly constructed your phone would fall through them—if they were deep enough for it.

That’s exactly what these pants are like. I’d be embarrassed to walk outside in these things.

$27 for two pairs of chinos should be a good-to-great deal. But I wouldn’t buy these pants for $4 off the rack at an after-market shop. Now I have to figure out if I can return them and just eat the cost of shipping 'em back.

Yeah that sounds terrible. Customer service will take care of you. Most times they send a return label but don’t read that as a guarantee. It doesn’t hurt to ask right?

Hi there, if you haven’t already done so please reach out to Woot! Customer Service.

From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.

In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.

Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.

(Please Note: I’m not employed by Woot, but I volunteer to help in the forums.)

Horrible quality. Poorly made. Strings everywhere. Marerial is so incredibly thin and the seams are poorly done. Don’t waste your money.

I’m sorry for the problems. Please reach out to Woot customer service as noted in the post above.
