I really hate to say this, but… I have to. I am terribly disappointed in these shorts! I honestly thought they would be of better material, and of better construction - they are nether!
Granted, I got 5 of them in a set, and they were a decent price (I forget how much they were), but I seriously didn’t think they were as CHEAP as they ended up being.
They problems are: the material is THIN, THIN and after wearing a few times it’s almost shear like pantyhose, and, they’re falling apart at the seams!! I mean I can’t believe this!! I can’t afford to be buying things that can’t stand-up for any reasonable amount of time -this is A PLAIN RIP-OFF!! This is a “wear a few times and throw away,” and I don’t live that way!

That is always my fear with much of the bargain priced, no-brand apparel on offer here and on the mothership. Much of it seemingly dollar-store fare and not intended for long-term wear.
Nevertheless, sometimes one gets lucky and the item is fine. Other times, not so much and it’s extremely frustrating like your experience.
I would reach out to Woot customer service and express your displeasure. Who knows, they may offer you some sort of mitigation. Especially if you are a regular customer. It’s an opportunity to vent and educate at the very least.
