Not a fan. The ratchet area is tiny and slips along the edges. The only reason I get a ratchet belt over a standard one is to have more flexibility within sizes. This one effectively cuts to a single size.
I would strongly recommend the non-reversible one that appears on woot (Genuine Leather Ratchet Belt 1-3PK) instead when available. Cheaper and much wider ratchet area.
