I bought 3 & mine were sealed. A couple of months ago we were at Target & they had a bag of (sealed, but handled) dry cat food on clearance forget what brand, but was at the register & the guy who scanned it stuck it on the shelf & pushed it for more room. Of course the bag fell over & a big pile spilled out over the edge on the floor. Everybody looked over & we’re like we don’t want that bag anymore. Funny thing was I went back a few days later to get a rug I was undecided on then & saw they put that same bag of cat food back on the clearance shelf missing several inches of food. They did not seal the bag up either. Could have been worse they could have swept up the spilled food & put it back in the bag 
I’m sorry that someone somewhere sucked. Please reach out to customer service.
I wasn’t going to - it wasn’t THAT big a deal - but… this arrived today
I’ve got one more order of cat food coming in. I can’t wait… 
Crazy thing is… the other two arrived today. Of course they come in one of those damned envelopes instead of a box. THESE came perfectly intact!
