I’m not a fan of knife sets, BUT this is a great value on a superb set of blades. Mercer is the brand used by most culinary schools. The Genesis series have a very similar blade, handle, balance and weight to a Wusthof Grand Prix 2 at half the price. These are also NSF certified and are used my tens of thousands of cooks and chefs worldwide. Highly recommended
