I found them to be true to size, though the first pair I had took a solid week to break in (none of the many pairs since had that issue).
Sold out in wide sizes? Makes sense. Fat people have a hard time tying their shoe laces. Wish I had got here sooner. 
Shoe manufacturers make small, large, and wide shoes in limited quantities so they tend to sell out first. We generally get remaining inventory from other places so it’s even more limited for us if we can even get wide at all.
What’s the difference(if any) between the shoes in this listing going for $39 and the identical looking ones in the other listing that’s going for $59?
Synthetic vs leather
I ordered one pair of the same colorway and size (Midnight, size 11) from both the $39 listing and the $53 listing to see if there was any difference between the two versions.
Both pairs I received are exactly identical. Both have the exact same style number, are 100% synthetic and have no physical differences that I can see.
I know that one of the listings did have several more styles listed than the other one that actually were leather and the other only had the synthetic suede styles but it looks like the synthetic suede styles were listed for two different prices under both listings.
I already submitted a return for the pair from the $53 listing so it’s not really a problem for me but it’s the kind of thing that could definitely confuse people and make them feel ripped off if they discover there was another listing for the exact same shoes they already bought up at the same time for $20 less.
