Micro High Flow Air Blow Gun

What’s the point?

How does it work. What does it shoot?

It shoots air!

It’s an air-gun attachment for a compressor or an air tank. Basically just blows air. I do quite a bit of woodworking in the garage and these types of guns help with cleanup.

Also, if you have Prime, you can get it from the mother ship for $7.10 shipped.

Consider this to be like a Dyson Fan for your air compressor. The low-volume but high velocity air flow pulls along other nearby air, and shoots the whole mass out the end. It allows your compressor to be much more effective at moving more air, which makes it better for dusting and blowing stuff around.

This also makes them good for inflating large air mattresses and toys.

Lastly, because they’re actually open to the air on the back, it is harder to give yourself an embolism. They’re marginally safer to use than a straight blower nozzle.

I’ll just stick with my cheap Harbor Freight one…

Key chain ring? Yeah, this is a great place to keep my keys to the Buick.

I use a conventional blower nozzle on my compressor to occasionally blow out the dust from the vents on my laptops

Disappointed. I thought this was the kind that shot poison darts.

I bought this thinking it was a self-contained unit that blows air.

Nope! You have to supply the air. Oh, well… $6 or so wasted.

If you are looking for a self-contained unit, save your money. Woot - disappointing that you sell misleading products like this.

It does say it’s a pneumatic tool.

Definition: A pneumatic tool, air tool, air-powered tool or pneumatic-powered tool is a type of power tool, driven by compressed air, supplied by an air compressor. Pneumatic tools can also be driven by compressed carbon dioxide (CO2) stored in small cylinders allowing for portability.

I did the same thing. I thought (somehow) that this would blow air. Very glad it wasnt expensive.
