Any idea how to tell when these were manufactured? My main concern is the battery since they aren’t serviceable.
Morning. There could be various dates in any lot of refurbished computers. Batteries are checked as part of the refurbishing process though.
You also have a 30-day return period if you’re unhappy.
How well will these run Elden Rings?

So you are saying there’s a chance?!?!?
I bought one of the 64gb ones with keyboard a couple weeks ago - had to return it(still waiting on refund from Woot after they received it all back last Wednesday) - keyboard stopped working, the top piece of the Surface 3 was pried up like someone had taken it off for some reason, It also had issues charging - using the OEM power adapter when plugged in the battery was dropping - I eventually tried just using the usb cable to a hub which seemed to charge it for a bit but it was unreliable…and usb charging is much slower so there was no point in keeping it.
