I have one of these. It became slow 4 years ago. Do not buy!!
I mean that’s the os/software you have installed. Reinstall your os or remove the offending software. Surface computers are good quality for the most part. I still have the 1st generation surface running well on windows 10.
In general I have been very happy with refurbished products I have purchased from Woot but: my “refurbished” Surface arrived today. The power cord was broken (the plastic panel was broken off the end, posing a potential shock hazard); the supposedly refurbished case looked worse than many phone cases that I used daily for 3+ years, and the screen on the Surface has some very noticeable discoloration at the edges. This Surface seems more “repackaged” than refurbished.
