The product page specifically advertises a five dollar off coupon but then says “Ruh-roh. This coupon doesn’t work for what you’re ordering” when you try to use it. Please fix this.
I had the same problem. Very frustrating! I see Woot hasn’t responded.

Well the coupon worked fine. No s&h charged. But why does it take 2 weeks before it’s delivered. It’s a digital delivery.
Kinda curious- was the code stackable with the 20% prime black friday discount? I saw that the code stopped being advertised at some point.
It shouldn’t but our system is hard coded on ship times. Allow a few business days to receive it in email.
Who will the email be from with the code in it that I need to look out for? Woot?

My computer will not accept the download of the software. I followed the instructions, but my computer recognizes it as unsafe. The file that tries to download shows up as “ProPlus2021Retail” and is followed by a red X and unsafe. Many failed attempts so having an activation key is meaningless without the software. Very unfair that I am not eligible for a refund. Apparently, this software is incompatible with my Microsoft PC. I have sent 3 emails to Woot with no resolution. I am at the point that I will ask my financial institution to get my money back since it seems that Woot (Amazon) would rather sell a product that isn’t guaranteed to work. I should have known better when there was no actual product sent but after a 2-week wait for no real reason I just get an activation key THAT WASN’T EVEN EMAILED and very sketchy instructions with NO recourse if the software fails to download. I had to return to the stuff I bought list to look up this sale to find the activation key. Had I not checked there I would have thought my item was lost in delivery. VERY UNFAIR! If I had received my refund I could have applied that to another purchase. No customer service resolution at all.
