Does anyone know where to download the installer for this?

I started with the “Download and install or reinstall Microsoft 365 or Office 2021 on a PC or Mac”, got linked to office.com, tried setup.office.com, tried account.microsoft.com/billing/redeem, and finally some other Microsoft “Let’s redeem your product key” one of those pages suggested. Nothing accepts my key as valid. Yes, I’ve checked and tried multiple times to make sure I didn’t pick up an extra character while copying or that I was missing one.

I bought this and Microsoft said “Also, the license you purchased is a MSDN license which means Microsoft Developer Network and is intended for software and hardware developers. It’s sold as a subscription package, so developers have access and licenses to use Microsoft products. We have been getting reports about MSDN sold online where customers encounter issues with activation as the license came out non-genuine. For this, what we recommend is to go back to the store where the license was purchased to get a refund .”

Same with me - I have tried various paths, including this one, with no success. Looks like we may have been sold bad product keys.

Getting the same error here:

If your product key is for Microsoft 365 Business or other business products, redeem it at office.com/setupkey.

If your product key is for Office 2010, Office 2007, or Office for Mac 2011, you can redeem it and download Office at microsoft.com/software-download/office.

Otherwise, try microsoft.com/redeem.

Error code: TOKEN_NOT_FOUND

Well shouldn’t take to long to realize this is a bogus offer and Woot should be refunding purchase cost as requested and a warning posted on the product page explaining this screw up – now not latter

My experience has been that Woot always makes things right in the rare instances when there is a problem. I agree: hang tight.

I got the exact same result as SicPup404. Key did not work. Need help please!
Also, what is the Woot delivery date associated with this. I received the KEY via email. Is the delivery date from Woot rendered meaningless then?

I’m also getting the same message about a token not being found. I reached out to customer service to see if I should be expecting anything other communication about installing Office Professional 2021 with my activation key (tracking code). I’m hoping to receive further instructions because there is very little guidance or instruction provided. I hope the activation keys are not invalid, but if they are, I expect valid keys or refunds will be provided.
