I would pass. In the last month I have had 3 “certified Microsoft refurbished” Surface 3 tablets come thru my hands. No official packaging, just wrapped in bubble wrap. Two did not have valid Windows keys and one of those also had broken wifi. Shipped back the broken one and received a third that still had someone else’s login profile on it and I was sent a third party TRICKLE charger.
