To contact CS:
From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.
In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.

If you can find a link to the items you’re missing on Amazon, it wouldn’t hurt to include that in your message. They might be able to do something with that.
Otherwise let them know if you’d prefer a refund or a replacement and that will get the process started. There may not be a replacement available, but they’re supposed to check.
