Here’s a photo from one of the AMZ reviews… looks to be a little over 4 inches with the cap on.

Hard to tell if this is just 1 pen, or a pack. The 12 packs on AMZ go for around $10-$14, and there is a 5 pack listed for a little over $6. And there’s an 8 pack for about $8. If this really is just a 1 pack, it’s not a very good deal.
