I used to use a “rabbit-ear” antenna, and could not get good reception on any channel. Got a Mohu antenna two months ago, and I get all of the digital stations in our area - crystal clear. Easy to set up, works great.

Unfortunately, it does not improve the quality of the programs.

Is the connection through a coaxial cable? Do most new TVs still have that option?

Yes, it’s a COAX connection. I had a similar one for a while.
