I think you need to stop selling t-shirts altogether until you figure out why the designs are flaking off. It’s leaving disappointed customers with what amounts to a blank t-shirt, and this is not fair to the artist either to have their work disrespected in such a manner.

We are working with the Amazon team that does our printing. They are researching what’s causing it. You should see improvements very soon.

Please reach out to Woot! Customer Service with a link to the photo of your shirt for assistance. .

From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.

In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.

Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.

I am a Woot artist and I get a ton of shirts from them.
I’ve heard about this issue and I have had only two shirts that started flaking. (I wear them all the time.)

The main thing is: you have to make sure that you turn the shirts inside-out when washing and drying them. If you can, I recommend hang-drying them.

Either way, Woot’s customer service will replace it, no questions asked.

CS offered me $10. Rather, I would expect new shirts once the printing issue is resolved.

Pics of the issue at that link.

Thank you for being a wonderful woot artist!

Oh, wow
Yeah, that’s bad. :exploding_head:

It seems to be hit or miss. I also buy a lot of shirts as an artist and have not had any issues. Hopefully whatever is going on for some customers will be resolved.

Ha…no. That’s not the “main thing”. This was never an issue before regardless of how you washed 'em. The main thing is woot needs to fix their shit.
