I’m confused Woot. The reviews you show are for this phone on AMZN https://www.amazon.com/Motorola-Unlocked-Smartphone-International-Model/dp/B07NPRQYP1 which is listed at $168 vs. your $190 here.
The BIG PRINT SAYS (GSM ONLY) while the blurb on the Woot page states that “This phone is unlocked and compatible with GSM+CDMA/4G LTE networks.”
The dual sim is enticing but why am I payng $30 more here vs. Uncle Jeff’s place?
Ok…dug around a little. I believe Uncle Jeff is having Woot sell this one:
which makes more sense. But it’s only $5 off here. Boo.
The real boo here is the apparent number of units in stock.
Sold out in roughly the first hour, to FL - en toto? How many did you have on hand…3?
Hardly seems worth setting up the ad space.
Looks like it was 5.
It was sold out (apparently, all 5 units) days ago.
Why is it still being advertised in the email daily update? It’s disingenuous at best, and wreaks of greed - clickbait.
This is the ugly side of Amazon.
Hi there. Sorry about that. What email did you see that in? What was the send date?
Sorry for the late reply - just happened upon your answer while visiting the site again.
To answer your question; it was in my morning WOOT distro list email. The one I receive everyday. Frankly, IMO, if you have that few units of anything, it shouldn’t even be advertised.
Hi there. For our event emails, we do take care in picking items that have a good quantity. The daily digest picks items at random from best sellers and other lists. Sometimes that will trigger a buying surge. Sorry for the frustration.
Why don’t you go buy this one which is actually cheaper now than the one that was offered here?
