Got my teakettle. Showed up in great shape but it didn’t whistle.
I’ll check it out later tomorrow but I think it should just work out of the box, right?

Ok, @ThunderThighs I’ve had a very positive CS experience first with Malick who promptly sent out a replacement kettle and then today with Nishita who ended up making things right when the replacement kettle didn’t whistle either. Both of them were polite, efficient and did their best to rectify the situation.
Reading the AMZN reviews of this particular kettle it is a common complaint.
So thanks Woot CS staffers, you’re outstanding in your field!
