My Refund/Return

I purchased three iPads in early November. After significant thought, I decided to return these iPads. After returning them and having them delivered on December 4th, I emailed support to inquire on the status of my return. They said I had to wait 10 days. After waiting 10 days, I contact them again and receive no response. When I contacted them again, they informed me that the package had not arrived at the warehouse and that I should contact UPS. Complete nonsense, I have delivery proof and everything. Isn’t having proof of delivery a problem on Woot’s end? Why should the consumer contact UPS when they have proof of delivery? They are still holding 3000 dollars from me. It has been 16 days since my return. Not to mention that woot customer service takes 3 days, IF AT ALL. I’d like to talk to someone on the phone, but they don’t have a phone number. I requested to talk with a supervisor but received no response. I need advice on what to do. And, above all, I want my money back.

Please reach out and file a claim with UPS as advised by customer service.

I dont understand why I have to file a claim if I have proof of delivery. This makes no sense. I have to go out of my way to contact ups to get my 3000$ back? When I have proof of delivery?

Ups is not even letting me file a claim as i am the sender of the package. And don’t have credentials associated with the tracking.

You already filed a claim with UPS on 11/8 stating that you didn’t receive the items. They closed that claim bc you didn’t respond to their outreach.

If you did find them and return them, we did not receive them so you need to file a claim with UPS. And yes, you as the recipient CAN file a claim. You have a receipt where you dropped it off with UPS. That is your credentials.

I have confirmed with our CS folks that you have received an email communication related to this order.
