Your link to “Amazon reviews” is invalid. Even though the title of the landing page is accurate, the reviews are not for this product, but are for ratchet cords used for hanging grow lights inside. As well, the review page shows only 1 page, not “674” Amazon reviews.
Can’t seem to find any info validating a “32 inch” width, either, at least not for iPower
