are these full size towers or smaller? Not seeing size or cpu generation, wondering if I’m missing something

i5 have been in production for 15 years. Any chance we can get a production range? I really want to jump on this but I don’t want to end up with a dinosaur from 2009. 
are these Windows 11 upgradable?
Just looking at the prices, these are almost assuredly not “supported” processors. Those would be i5-8xxx or higher. There might be some, but those were probably already filtered out of this batch. However, Windows 11 will actually run on most intel chips at core2duo or above (which is i5 anything). Microsoft just doesn’t promise that they’ll stay compatible. I believe the core2duo lower limit came about because of a machine instruction they recently started to use in a particular USB driver.
There are instructions all over the web about the change you need to make to the registry (very simple) so the Win 11 install can happen.
So… installation won’t be seamless, but should be possible. Future compatibility isn’t promised, but they don’t appear to be actively trying to limit it.

FYI, just got 2 of these. They’re the little HP prodesks. Both came with incompatible Dell power supplies so neither will power on (no lights no post). Too bad because looking at the serials they were likely 6th gen It’s. Oh well RMA.
well drat. Sorry about that. If you do want to keep them, you could request a partial refund and purchase new power supplies yourself.
I just received mine, and either the power supply is toast or incompatible as indicated by the lights. No POST just beeps. Sucks.
What i got wasn’t even what was described, I got only 4gb which it said 8gb was what it came with and in the discription it said it was upgradedable to 32 which when I checked the model out it can only be upgraded to 8gb total.
