People need to understand that they are locking themselves into purchasing Navage single-use salt pods. The price of these declines with quantity but a month’s worth (purchasing just 30) is $15.
The device is good but the concept is a rip-off when you consider that the same thing could be achieved with less than a penny’s worth of kosher salt. It’s not the money but the principle of the consumer rip-off that bothers me.
Just say “no” to waterboarding yourself.
I have one of these and I make my own saline for it. It works great and for me is easier than a neti pot. Youtube is your friend when figuring out out how to bypass the mandatory pods. Be sure and save some pod husks for when you run out of them and make your own saline.
