I don’t see instructions anywhere. Do you mix it with water to rehydrate it before cooking?

What part of it is “equivalent to 1lb of ground beef?”

The protein is not, the calories are not, the size is not.

Once you mix it with water (it is a shelf stable dry mix) then it is equivalent to a pound of meat. I am a meat eater and I have had this before and its actually pretty darn good!
