Could you clarify the Dimensions on these? The first number seems like clearly Length, but what is the second number? Is it the Radius if kept circular or the width dimension if you flatten it out? When I’ve bought similar in the store before they tell you to measure the circumference of your thigh, but I doubt it’s that with such a small number. Thanks!

It is the width when it is laid flat.
The medium size should fit knees between 9" and 15" in diameter
The large size should fit knees between 12.5" and 22" in diameter
