Arrived in a taped over package, labels torn off and flaps broken. Clearly not “condition new”! Inside, no milk frother, even though it’s advertised! The coffee pods had expiration date of 09/2022 (today is 8/15/2023). I did not even try to check on the machine itself, but it was out of the plastic bag packaging.
This is unbelievably sloppy used product bait and switch! Whoever shipped this crap as “new item” should be fired.
Same here. Received the item in a damaged box. Milk frother, coffee pods and manuals are missing. Definitely not in “New condition”.
