My order was delivered last night. I made a cup right away and made a second cup this morning. The second cup was not enough water. It’s supposed to be a 5 oz cup of coffee but maybe only 1 oz of water processed. That means the capsule barcode must be off, right? Anyone else experience this problem?
(I’m a first time Nespresso owner, used up the 50 or so capsules that came free with the machine, and this was my first time ordering capsules - 60 Fortado and 60 Fortado Decaf.)
Have you tried running a cleaning cycle?
