Mine was missing the 12 count Vertuo capsule samples and the perforated tray disc. Support contacted.
Hi there. Samples were not included. Not sure what the tray disc is.
The owners manual describes two discs that fed inside the beverage cup tray, one is slotted, and the other is perforated. Mine came with the slotted disc only.
Not sure on that. These are new so it’s possible Nespresso made a change to the product.
