“Sugar Free French Vanilla”
…
" Ingredients:
Water, Coconut Oil, Maltodextrin, Sodium Caseinate (A Milk Derivative), Sugar, Mono-And Diglycerides,…"
This is a definition of “sugar-free” with which I was previously unfamiliar
Looks like it’s a small enough amount to qualify as sugar-free.
Tell you what… that fine print’ll get you every time. “Truth in Advertising” means you can lie all you want, just make sure that you tell the truth in some hidden, obscure, fine print that nobody’ll notice.
They keep playing this commercial on tv for some disinfectant. The commercial claims, and it’s printed right on the bottle, that the product provides 24 hour protection against bacteria. In the super fine, quickly flashed print on at the bottom of the commercial that you can only read if you pause it and zoom in, it says that the product does NOT provide 24 hour protection.
Cleaning wipes are my favorite deceptive product. The fine print typically reads you have to keep the surface wet for 4-5 minutes to kill the bad stuff. Um, those things dry out in two. Oh well. It’s still better than nothing.
At least it makes you feel better, huh? lol
Next you’ll say fast food doesnt look like the pictures.
Were you in the Green? McDonald’s folded my burger and put it beside the bun today. They did give me a pickle stem and a quarter pound of onions.
I know, right!? Have you ever seen how those pictures are taken? Most of that stuff ain’t even edible!
I ate the real one but I’ve got regrets.
I guess come to think about it… the real stuff ain’t always that edible either!
Maltodextrin is also itself a form of sugar!
