I bought this when it was available last month, switching from the xfinity rental. Never had issues with the xfinity supplied modem/router.
With the CAX30, once or twice a week I get the RDK connection error while streaming on the TV. I lose connection for a good 5-10mins until it comes back online. Went through quite a few troubleshooting options with no luck. Woot initially offered a replacement, but by the time I responded they had no others. Then they suggested partial refund. It’s disappointing that they’re re-selling these and I wasn’t aware they had more in stock that could replace mine.
