How do these stack up against Pivothead sunglasses? That’s the standard that I put any of these video glasses up against.
Not polarized? Useless for outdoor activities that you’re likely to use them for (outdoors, in the sun). Pass.
I just bought these on Woot back November 22nd and paid $59.99. I really like them. The video quality is really good both outdoor and indoor. The app leaves a lot to be desired, but the video is good. I wore them when I was outside hunting and was very impressed.
Does it record what you see straight-on, or do you have lift or lower your head to allow for where the camera is located?
The camera is positioned well enough that you get a straight on view. I also started just setting them on my dash and recording as I drive. It records in 3 minute blocks so you will have multiple video files depending on how long you record.
How do these look on a person? I can’t find photos of anyone wearing them.
so these are basically a video recorder and if wifi is available you can live stream? can you tether your mobile phone and use cellular?
