Does this include the hub?

The cameras looks to be refurbished and not NEW as advertised to not include missing pieces such as a battery and charging cable. (NEW) is clearly advertised here but apparently fulfillment didn’t get the memo, so buyers beware

They should have been new. It’s possible Amazon restocked a return without checking it over. Very sorry.
