“Dual Super Buttons” in the description + some of the Amazon Reviews would imply that it comes with the two mega buttons in picture #2.

The ‘What’s in the box’ does not list these so assuming it’s the controller pad only.

I think the large buttons come with the controller. One of the unboxing videos on the page shows that the buttons reside underneath the controller itself in the packaging.

It shows “Gamepad, Super Buttons, 2.4G adapter, Cable and manual” on the box you posted. I would assume by the use of “buttons” in plural it has two of these.

This controller is to allow people who are disabled and cannot otherwise hold a controller to lay this flat. The super buttons can be controlled by feet too.
