This is very true. Although a challenge for anti-Apple folks and those who cannot afford to spend over $100.
(Can’t recall our AppleTV box ever crashing. Our FireTV sticks regularly crash - once every couple weeks and our Roku boxes/sticks - perhaps once a month or two.)
But this deal, a repeat of the one several weeks ago, is a really solid deal. My only concern would be how long Amazon will seriously support the Android versions.
Why? Is a steamdeck (being android) a challenge for anti-Android people? No; it all works regardless of what phone you have. Same is true of the AppleTV.
True, though you can usually find (gently) used Apple TV’s on eBay/Facebook Marketplace.
Like most other tech companies moving to a new shiny thing, they’ll probably continue to support them until you finish reading this sentence.
