(NEW) AmazonBasics Projection Alarm Clock with Phone Charging, FM Radio, Battery Backup

One of the reviews seems to indicate you can’t rotate the display.
Other comments complain that it can’t set its own time.

It’s sad they don’t make them as nice as this one anymore (mine still works!):

In case you’re wondering, it does both. It syncs time via the signal from the US Navy nuclear timeclock (so it’s always exactly right) and the display can be rotated in 90 degree increments.
It also is a nice red that doesn’t hurt the eyes (red light won’t constrict your pupils) and is dim enough not to see the projection in the daytime and not to be noticeable unless you’re looking at it (intentionally) at night.

I have one of those and it’s nice to have the 90° turning projection display and the fact that it’s red means it doesn’t light up the room when you sleep but you can still read it. The display of the outside temp is nice also, especially when it’s really cold out and I don’t have to go out!

Both the front display and the projection display have brightness wheels that allow me to turn down the display. The color should be red instead of white, that would help in making it sleep friendly.
