It wasn’t brand new item. Box was damaged and there was no sealing. I can’t even connect this wallet with my apple account. I feel like scammed.

Same issue here. Got brown, box looks a bit better than the OP’s but obvious marks and not my wallet issue.

Mine also arrived not new - the ideal was missing from the item and when connected it came up “Not Your Wallet”.
How were these sold as “New”?!
I received mine, brown, and it was not new. The seal was not there. Definitely false advertising as (New). See photo.
If anyone was sent the wrong item or is unhappy with it, please contact customer service. Looks like there was a mix-up at a warehouse or something.

Same with me! Box didn’t have the seal and the wallet is connected to someone else’s iCloud. What a joke.

Same issue. The item isn’t new as described and won’t register with my account, because it had already been registered by the previous owner. Total waste of my time making this purchase.
Funny, mine came cleanly packaged. But “Find My” just doesn’t work. Went to the Apple Store and they have no idea why.
Woot received the return a couple of weeks ago. Still awaiting refund. Anyone else?
