Are these refurbished?
Purchased a pair and connected them to my iPhone. Any reason it says coverage is expired if these are brand new?
Hello. As noted in the features, these came with a Woot warranty:
Warranty: 90 Day Woot Limited Warranty
It’s possible they were originally intended for warranty replacements. You can reach out to Apple to see if they’ll update the warranty but that’s up to them, not us.

Just… ugh. I purchased these and the delivery was fast, but one of the earbuds didn’t work right out of the box. It would briefly appear on the screen, then disappear, and once we put them on, that bud just didn’t work at all.
We tried updating the firmware, but apparently, you need an Android device to use the app. With Apple, it’s supposed to update automatically, but that can take up to 30 minutes — assuming the bud even connects, which it didn’t.
The one earbud that did work had constant white noise. No idea why — maybe the ANC is faulty?
We contacted Woot, and they told us they couldn’t send a replacement because the Vendor said it’s “out of stock.” But why is this still listed as in stock here ???
Per Woot representative we had to options. One was to refund $20 and let us keep the broken headphones.
— Seriously? Why would we want to keep defective earbuds and basically pay $50 for one that doesn’t even work properly?
Thankfully, the other option is a full refund after sending it back. we’re absolutely sending this garbage back
Hi there. Did you google for some solutions. Earbuds are capable of being used with just one earbud so you have to pair the earbuds to each other.
