Woot, why did you list this vaccum as new yet you state it has a 180 warranty and does not come in the original box? New Dyson vacuums have a 2 year warranty.
From the description, the warranty and box suggest it could be refurbished:
“All Dyson official refurbished machines have been expertly serviced and hygienically cleaned. Every machine is tested to ensure it performs to our uncompromising standards. Any imperfections are purely cosmetic and can range from micro scratches and light scuffs to more visible marks, or discoloration to paint finishes and surfaces, that do not affect functionality. Ships in non-retail box.”

Not sure how I leave a question. I see in the description that
This is (NEW!) but in both questions I see where it has no box and it keeps referring to refurbished. So…is this (new!) or refurbished?
I placed an order the other day for 2 of these vacuums. I asked your team via customer service if they could either verify the warranty was 2 year and if not then cancel my order. They didn’t verify and instead they canceled my order. Now your website won’t allow me to place an order of 2 because of your 3 limit. Can you fix the support reps error?
I guess they couldn’t confirm the warranty.
Anyway, limit increased to 4.
