Hi, I received my DEEBOT X2 Omni today, but it was clearly used.
The unit is dirty, dusty inside, and worst of all — the wastewater tank smells like feces.
After opening it, I felt very uncomfortable and honestly a bit sick.
This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable for a product listed as brand new.
I’ve already emailed customer service and included photos.
I’m very disappointed.
I waited so many days for this, only to receive a dirty, clearly used unit that I can’t even use.
This is not what I expected at all from a purchase marked as new.
Please help resolve this as soon as possible. Thank you.
She’s not customer service. You’ll need to wait for them to set up the return. Return labels come directly from UPS so you’ll want to watch for that.
Also, that is awful and not the usual experience from Woot. The vendor must have mixed up the stock. I’m sorry you had such an awful thing happen.
