The reviews all say that this vacuum really SUCKS!
I certainly hope so… Or not??? 
The ones that say “it was great while it lasted (not long)”, or the ones that just say it stinks outright?
While not this exact brand, I did purchase a no-name brand cordless stick vacuum from Amazon. It stopped holding a charge after about 5-6 uses. It was just outside the Amazon return period but they refunded me anyway fortunately.
By that point they had actually removed the product from their site altogether, perhaps knowing there were issues.
Bought a shark vacuum and haven’t looked back.
A lot of these off brand products made in China are not engineered to last more than a few months. Most people simply throw them into landfills and won’t waste their time trying to get “warranty” help.
The reviews are not encouraging to say the least.
