Are these good with Microsoft Teams? If I purchase them and they don’t work as expected, Can I request a return? If anyone can put in their 2 cents, I’d appreciate it. Thanks.
I’ve had both the OG pixel buds and these pro models. The pros are really nice but have the same finicky charging issue the originals have (you’ll put them back in the case but the bud will not make contact with the charging pads and will stay connected to whatever you were using / drain the battery).
I’ve used them paired with my PC and Teams with great success but they really shine when connected to an Android phone and can utilize the pixel buds app.
For $100 I’d say they’re a good buy, just keep the case and bud contacts cleaned with rubbing alcohol every so often.
I have the pro buds and they can make an inexplicable full volume whistle when pushing them into you ear, removing from your ear or when adding or removing from the case. I’ve never had this issue with any other earbud. Painfully loud when this happens in your ear.
The Pixel buds 2020 with the stabilization nib was the perfect fit for me. I’m tempted to try these out as well. Pixel buds a series didn’t tempt me at all since they didn’t have on device volume control
Are these the Pixel Buds Pro 2?
No.
(Please note: I don’t work for Woot, I just volunteer to help out here on the forums.)
I see these buds are listed as having a Woot 90 day warranty but there is no mention of manufacturer’s warranty. Does that mean these are non-US products or otherwise ineligible for a US warranty from Google?
No, it means Google doesn’t like us and won’t honor their warranty when purchased from Woot.
Jerks.
I bought a pair of these 2 months ago on clearance at the mart of wals. Think I got them for $89, but that was clearance.
They work well. No whistling as mentioned above. Noise cancellation is very good, though these are my first buds equipped with NC so I can’t offer a comparison. They did cut out most of a nearby crying baby on a recent flight.
I use two devices, a Samsung s23u and pixel 7. Connects to both well. They even connect to our newish tv that has Bluetooth. Id like to try the new Samsung 3s that look like old airpods, but they are still hovering at 200 dollars.
Looking for the regulars ones, or the Pro?

This has to do with your finger blocking the ANC microphones. What you are hearing is the reverb of the headphones attempting to resolve the issue. Try putting them in holding them differently and you will notice it will not occur anymore. Happens with Samsung and many other brands as well.
