What is Woot’s fascination with nude customers? How do we prove we’re nude to qualify for the extra discount? I’m not sending any pics unless you certify the recipient is of legal age and you requested the pic for proof.

Called customer service to change my address and they claimed the item really couldn’t be shipped to Washington.
…which makes the map on the product listing showing WA as the state with the most people getting the deal pretty puzzling!
After noticing other people in WA were buying it successfully according to the map I called back, and the new rep said he didn’t see any restrictions on the deal and that it must be an error. Went back to checkout again and confirmed it’s still showing this:
and he seemed perplexed and promised me he’d elevate the case and they’d follow up by email. I’m worried that won’t be in time to change the address before it ships though.

Yep, the processing take multiple hours. They cancelled my order 2 hours after I purchased, claiming there was “suspicious activity” on my Amazon account (which was me logging into Woot through Amazon..) and so it was sold out by the time the notification came through. Out of luck.

Got one more unhelpful response from a rep by email and then they just stopped responding to my ticket without resolving the issue. The cost of getting UPS to redirect the package myself would be almost exactly the value of the sale discount, lmao.
Just got my switch 2 system delivered on Friday. The switch 2 box did not have a security seal/tape. Should I be concerned?
Mine got dropped off at UPS Friday night and hasn’t moved yet.

Mines also unsealed, from community consensus,there was no seal. I see some videos with seal being cut, no special seal, just a basic transparent sticker.
Also came very poorly packaged, switch box beat up bubble wrap one side only.
Opened up, looks new functions looks like new.
also it was very dusty inside, the box so it was poorly stored
