No sd port?
Alas, they are becoming a thing of the past.
Is this us version or global? Single or dual sim cards?
Fortunate it still has a sim card. I totally despise those e-Sims.
Good specs overall, large screen, speedy processor, fast scrolling. I am tempted, but it doesn’t wireless charge, and that is a dealbreaker for me.
Also uses VOOC charging instead of PD so you’ve got to buy into a charging ecosystem if you want the fast charge capabilities.
During my time with OnePlus I always had to have special dual chargers for the cars and a wall wart for my phone in the house as every other device in the house was PD / Just used our integrated USB wall plates . That may or may not be a big deal for folks.
Why do I think the people for whom that would not be a big deal don’t even know what you are talking about?
One plus 10T has a single sim tray. For some reason I think my original One Plus (first version) had a two=tray but that was a long time ago and I could be incorrect. Back then you had to get an invite to buy one of these!
Nar. Keeps the water out that way.
I think it’s just as important for people to understand what VOOC does to the battery life. using for emergencies, say the phone is almost dead and there’s a storm coming, but everyday charge at such a high level,… nope.
As long as people keep paying for overpriced phones with lots of memory, yep, I agree. However, thats why I only buy phones from overseas where dual sim/mem card slots are still the norm (Ulefone, Oukitel). I have had a few people argue about not needing that “extra memory”, they just use their online access to watch movies, listen to music, etc. I take their phone, put it in airplane mode, and ask them to fire up Spotify or pull up a movie on Netflix. oops.
I have a 7 Pro now. It is showing its age only because they’ve stopped supporting it. It still has hardware capable of anything I throw at it.
Is the 10T worth the upgrade?
US; single SIM
Listed specs say 8GB ram, but one of the photos indicates 16GB. What’s the actual?
i REALLY enjoyed my OP9pro, but swapped for a P7pro and have some slight regrets, namely the battery life and camera. While the camera is great on the P7pro, there is a level of processing that goes beyond my preference that cannot be scaled back or turned off. of course the solution is to shoot in raw, which works fine, but is one more step. The front facing camera is also abysmal on the P7pro.
Battery life on my P7pro has left much to be desired. I can barely get a day out of it with normal use (never actually documented SOT), but what i really miss is the 65w charging of my OP9pro (vs 23w MAX of the P7pro).
I’m wondering the same, 16GB would be a great deal. Can someone chime in from WOOT?
I see 8GB but can be expanded to 16GB and the spec link shows the same. Not sure if it’s already at 16 but I’m sure it’s not
8GB RAM. We’ve updated the listing to make it less confusing!
All OnePlus flagships now get three years of Android updates and four years of security updates. The OnePlus 10T is also promised to get the same software support. It runs Android 12 out of the box and should see **Android OS updates till 2025 and security updates till 2026
I purchased this on March 28th for $299. Can I get a price adjustment or should I send it back and repurchase? It’s still in the box unopened. Thanks
