Could be wrong⦠but this appears to be cheaper on the mothership.
One difference I noticed is this listing shows as āunlockedā and compatible with Verizon (CDMA carrier) whereas the mothership only lists GSM carriers like AT&T, T-Mobile, etc.
Also, itās odd the picture display the RAM at 16GB but the description lists 8GB for the RAM.
@myerschr @jbellgardt
The one on mothership actually specifies Wireless Carrier as T-Mobile, so I am not sure that it would be fully functional on other GSM carriers straight out of the box. The model # is CPH2419 and Memory Storage Capacity 1000 GB.
On this Woot offer the model # is CPH2417 and storage capacity is not listed.
From OnePlus site:
RAM: 8GB/16GB LPDDR5
Storage: 128GB/256GB UFS 3.1 2@LANE
Q: Would that indicate that 256 GB storage comes with 16GB RAM?
More clarity would be helpful. ![]()
The SPECs link to OnePlus indicates this Woot model is compatible with both CDMA and GSM.
From what Iāve been able to gather they come in 8/128GB or 16/256GB configurations.
This is the EU variant and OnePlus has been locking down their devices(they are known for the unlocked bootloader) since acquisition by Oppo. The one on mothership is the T-Mobile variant(CHP2419). Confirm with woot about network compatibility before buying them.

The T-Mobile OnePlus variants have always been āuniqueā and even unlocked never played well with other carriers, I always scout for a global release as this always had dual physical SIMs and played well with most carriers; of course this was prior to 5G.
Is this model DUAL physical SIMs?
The only flagship model that doesnāt have alert slider. Sadly, I will pass.
The model you linked to is the CPH2419⦠The link on Amazon to the CPH2417 is here.
No SD card? Really?
Yeah, and no alert slider. That and no SD card, deal breaker. People blow off the SD slot but IMO, itās one of the best features. Nothing like loading tons of your music, videoās, pictures etc. Sure, the ānaw, not important crowdā can keep giving Apple and Google money all they want. Iāll keep my stuff close and at the ready. You never see these people jaming in the back country (no service).
Thereās also a 256/12 variant
Iām hoping Iāve paid for the 256/16 though. And that the SIM is unlocked (Iāve got three carriers to test with). And hopefully the bootloader is unlocked.
Both are there
Well this was indeed the 256/16 variant. Unlocked bootloader.
And a lot of scared Indy devs who wonāt make custom programs because OPPO (who acquired OnePlus about three years/phone models back) locked away the āundo brickā feature that was formerly built into the hardware.
Still, I desperately needed a new phone/battery and the 10T just barely fit my budget. Itās a bit big, a bit heavy, very slippery (needs a case), the attached screen protector has sharp edges, and the 5G is inconsistent (0.1 to 100 Mbps depending on the daylight), but the screen is huge, bright, and the performance I hope lasts at least 3 years (and I expect a $100 battery change for another 2 years).
Ideally, Iād like to have gotten a new Samsung A52s with an additional replacement battery for this price.
