New as in NEW? Or new as in OPEN BOX/ Baggie like my last Phillips speaker?

I like them in a pair. I bought two to put in my gym, needed stereo linking to connect to a Dot - and they do this with the push of one button on each speaker. They wake on bluetooth, like I wanted (I don’t want to make cable runs in there, I wanted to tuck them into corners where they can just stay plugged in to power). When unboxing, I tested the first one. Unfortunately I’d just finished listening to my JBL Xtreme that was being moved from that room. They’re almost the same physical size, but that’s 4 speakers and 2 subs in one package. Obviously very VERY different things. When I listened to the S7505 - I almost put it right back in the box. By the prices I compared online to woot, I was expecting a 100-150 dollar speaker, per unit. These are much more appropriately priced at woot prices. I decided to proceed forward and see how they sounded when linked and benefitting from some separation, and oh boy do they. I would avoid if you need a single unit to do the work though. At 50 dollars each, I’m satisfied - they won’t be getting replaced. They’re a deal at this current price. They’re only one 50mm x 90mm driver per, so it’s a pretty big package for one pretty small speaker.

They are definitely new. I just received the pair that I ordered. They get delivered by Amazon.

Anybody able to answer an iPhone 13 call with these? Plays music fine but according to Phillips site the bluetooth button should answer calls, no suck luck yet. Ordered a second for the price and may have to return both if calls can not be answered. Anyone else have this issue? Thanks
