(NEW) Pyle Home Theater Bluetooth Stereo Receiver

(NEW) Pyle Home Theater Bluetooth Stereo Receiver

Does this unit have no spots for HDMI cables? Export or Inport. How can a new receiver today have NO HDMI links? Am I missing something?

That’s because it’s a stereo receiver, designed more for music not for a home theatre

Specs from the Pyle site:

Looks like Bluetooth version 3.0, a very old spec, if that matters to you.

Also interesting that unlike for the Pyle Bluetooth amp-only (no tuner) option also here on Woot, the 1-year Pyle warranty survives for this receiver, whereas for that also new, amp only Pyle unit, it gets a 90-day Woot warranty.

If you like Pyle, Woot is also selling a Pyle receiver with HDMI inputs. But read the reviews carefully. HDMI receivers are basically computers blended with audio equipment. Even the big brand players frequently screw up HDMI implementation.

Another device name that is inaccurate. Since this can’t switch video inputs, it is not a home theater receiver. Plain and simple. With that said, at this price, you can’t really expect much.

Try bluetooth possibly.

Did you download the manual? It shows antenna goes in the upper left corner of the back.

Yes I did ! I know where the wires go into the system, however the Am/ Fm wires at the opposite end have loops, and i’m not sure where they go.

When I’ve had external antennas before, I had to locate them somewhere they could find a signal, up high on your wall, near a window, that sort of thing.

I’ve had radios with an internal atenna and had to turn the whole unit to tune it.

I’m guessing without seeing what you have, specifically, but if it says external, they mean external of the unit

Are you talking about a loop like this?

That goes wherever you can find the best reception.

Not that one!

The white ones on the left with the loops on ends

I think that’s so you can hang them up the wall if you want. A cheap version of the clips that are sometimes on the ends like this

Yep. You need this on your wall too to hide the wires:

Hang the wires up so it looks like a big T

Both sets came in the reciever box. Wow thank you! I’ll just both sets, if I ever listen to radio.
Hell I’m just adding a soundbar via RCA cable anyway. I appreciate your information.

You wouldn’t believe the amount of tapestries I have on my walls. I did see them, I dislike the color orange very much. Lol

Ok, so you’re all set tapestry-wise. You’re getting there!

FYI, the black plastic one is for AM radio (you’ll have to physically turn it for best reception) and the big “T” wire is for FM.

Happy listening!

Well thank you! I think that’s exactly what I needed to hear.
